About Us

Meet the Massaronis

We’re the husband-and-wife team behind Massaroni Properties. Based in Sarasota, Florida, we help property owners care for their homes with hands-on support, clear communication, and a local point of contact.

What owning property taught us

Our approach comes from firsthand experience owning, maintaining, and overseeing residential properties in New York and Vermont. We know how much of caring for a property comes down to the everyday details. We check in, coordinate maintenance, and follow up so owners know where things stand.

We bring that same approach to Sarasota and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities. Through Massaroni Properties, we help with routine property visits, condition updates, and maintenance and vendor coordination. You work directly with us and hear from the people looking after your property.

Anthony’s real estate work

Anthony brings real estate experience to our team’s understanding of what property owners need. He provides licensed real estate services separately through eXp Realty. Massaroni Properties provides property care and oversight.
